What do we do?
In a nutshell, we help clients with every aspect of the digital elements of their communication strategies.
This means we design, develop and maintain websites from the small to the very large, but we also create microsites, games, email and SMS campaigns, content, copy and digital branding strategies.
We don't believe in creating websites in a vacuum, where the digital part of the communication mix bears no relevance to the rest of it. And we understand that achieving wholly integrated campaigns is not as straightforward as it sounds. Our project process gives us the best way of achieving this. It also means that whatever we do can be easily updated at a later stage - whether or not Reading Room is involved.
Why are we different?
From what our clients tell us, the reason they like working with us is because we take the time to really understand their business. So, our project managers run everything from initial pitch through to final sign-off. And when you know someone's business inside out like that, you tend to come up with new ideas for them. In fact we built one of the first ever Content Management Systems back in 1997 because we saw how much this would help our clients.
They also say they like our attitude. We're up front and transparent about everything we do. We routinely exceed expectations in terms of our creative output and we'll work all the hours available to hit deadlines. As a result, over 70% of our business comes from referrals.
It probably explains why, despite the turbulence of the last few years, Reading Room has grown consistently.
