Heading to the Highlands with The Glenlivet

Whisky has long been a love of many of the Reading Room team. So it’s fantastic to be working with one of the most famous whiskies of all – The Glenlivet.
We have been appointed to conceive, create and run an eCRM (electronic customer relationship marketing) campaign for The Glenlivet range of single malts.
A key part of the campaign will be the opportunity for people to win the tasting experience of a lifetime in a competition. The prize is an all-expenses-paid, exclusive weekend away at The Glenlivet distillery in Speyside to taste one of Scotland's oldest and most distinctive whiskies.
The campaign focuses on affluent men who are 40 and over, convincing them that The Glenlivet should be their tipple of choice. We'll be building long-term loyalty as well as boosting sales by running an email-based campaign to engage people in conversation about The Glenlivet - and whisky in general. The campaign will be supported by a microsite and video tasting notes, to really help drinkers of The Glenlivet get the most from their dram.
The Glenlivet is ‘the single malt that started it all’ in 1824. Their distillery is in the rugged and remote landscape of Speyside with views to the Cairngorms, some of the highest mountains in Britain. They produce a range of single malts including the smooth 12 year old and a variety of other whiskies aged for up to 25 years as well as the exclusive Cellar Collection for the whisky connoisseur.
