Margaret Manning Named in Top 50

Margaret Manning, Reading Room CEO, has been named as one of the top 50 people to watch in the media in the 'Courvoisier The Future 500' in the Observer (Sunday 25th November 2007).

In May, The Observer published a special supplement looking at success, and asking for nominations for the brightest and best rising stars in 10 fields: art and design, business, drink, fashion and retail, food, media, public life, science and innovation, sports and entertainment, and travel and leisure. Readers responded in their droves, putting forward people who had made an impression on them.

Margaret Manning said, "I am honoured to have been listed among the top 50 people in the media. What's so flattering is that the nominations came from other business people, and was completely unsolicited. It's also lovely to see so many other colleagues from the digital industry in the top 50 - such as Flo Heiss, Dare Digital; Justin Cooke, Fortune Cookie; Mark Cridge, Glue London; and Wayne Arnold, Profero. I am really pleased by this recognition of my work at Reading Room, and would like to thank everyone who nominated me."
