Reading Room bring YHA closer to their online community

Reading Room have built a strong and successful working partnership with YHA over the last 3 years.  That has resulted in a string of awards and a substantial return on investment for the charity based organisation (which not a lot of people know!).

As part of the newly launched Phase 2 development of the new YHA website, both YHA and Reading Room worked together to further enhance the user experience and interactivity of the YHA.org.uk website.  In addition to a more streamlined and intuitive booking process and a revamp of the map functionality, users are now able to interact with the site and share ideas/opinions with each other using the new site blog, forum and hostel review features.
