Reading Room guest speaker at UPA event in January
Reading Room's Margaret Manning is to be the guest speaker at the UPA London's (Usability Practioners Associations) first seminar of 2005 entitled 'Marketing yourself in 2005'.
In Margaret's presentation she will be looking at various strategies for internet marketing, how to use your website as a marketing tool and just importantly, how to measure the return on investment.

We believe in passing on what we've learned. We know what works. We have learned what doesn't. We are delighted to have been given this opportunity to share our views with the UPA.
The key message of the talk is not falling for the maxim 'build it and they will come'. If you have spent money on a professional web presence then it makes sense to invest in your website being visited.
Date: Thursday, 20 January
Time: 6.30pm for 6.45pm
Place: Microsoft House, Great Pulteney Street, London
Cost: FREE for UPA members, £10 for Non UPA members (£5 for students)
To reserve your place, email: events@ukupa.org.uk with your name, stating whether you are a UPA member
