Reading Room shares knowledge with Australian Government

Reading Room's CEO Margaret Manning is to speak at the Third Annual Website Content Management for Government Conference at the Rydges Lakeside, Canberra.

On May 16 Margaret will discuss how we work with users, encouraging participation and involvement in our clients' projects and how it is essential to involve users in the development of digital communications.

Margaret will cover key areas such as:

  • How to develop a content management strategy
  • The three phases for a strategic roadmap
  • What's needed to involve, consult and empower
