Strategy, Planning and Technical Come Together in One Creative Team
In a forward-looking and unique move, Reading Room has hired a senior strategy team made up of senior creatives, planners and technologists. Andy McLane, having filled senior creative roles at Tequila\, BBH unlimited and Claydon Heeley, has joined as Creative Director. Darran Snatchfold, formerly Lead International Search Insight Analyst with Microsoft Digital Advertising Solutions, takes on the role of Senior Planner. Adam Cooper, previously with Amaze, takes on the role of Technical evangelist. All have been brought in to drive strategic and creative thinking at Reading Room.
Tactical thought, and a deep understanding of users and business objectives, have always been at the very heart of the consultancy's thinking. The ability to conceive ideas blending business, marketing and technical thought and which can be executed in the most effective way for digital channels is an essential part of Reading Room's approach. The success that organisations have online depends on their ability to move with agility, with clear creative ideas based on research using whatever technology best suits that purpose. The consultancy's recruitment policy of seeking the best talent, specialists in their respective fields, allows Reading Room to credibly push the boundaries of creative, marketing and technology to provide truly inspirational, influential and above all effective work for its clients.
Margaret Manning, Reading Room CEO, said, "I am absolutely delighted to welcome Adam, Andy and Darran to Reading Room. They are a real asset to our clients. A move like this is new and exciting and we believe unique. Adam, Andy and Darran have already contributed exceptional ideas to our work with our clients. I look forward to working with them going forward, and to building on this flourishing team."
