Norfolk Constabulary positions themselves within the heart of their community. With engaging tools, a friendly and professional design and localised information and content, their new online identity reaches out to their local residents and strengthens their brand identity of 'our priority is you'. The enhanced report a crime online tool is improving the quality of crime reporting, and the site is seamlessly integrated with national crime mapping, giving users information on crime and anti-social behaviour in their neighbourhood.

Smokefree United
A notoriously hard-to-reach audience and a life-changing message; Smokefree United is a truly unique anti-smoking campaign - delivering the health benefits of quitting smoking beneath the umbrella of the national sport. Research shows that the majority of male smokers (70%) would like to quit smoking, and over 80% of these are football fans. Smokefree United targets this audience by creating a virtual online football club with strong incentives, celebrity footballer endorsements and fun tools and features to drive engagement and encourage users to stop smoking.

Queensland Museum
Queensland Museum cares for more than a million items and specimens in collections that tell the changing story of Queensland. We worked with the museum to give their online identity a brand new creative and consistent look and feel across all their various online portals to strengthen brand identity and promote the museum. We streamlined both the workflow for staff and improved the learning potential for visitors, whilst encouraging the loaning and purchasing of specimens and products to increase revenue.

International Fairtrade Towns
To help promote and build awareness of Fairtrade in communities across the world we created a friendly and collaborative environment connecting nearly 700 Fairtrade towns in 18 countries. Available in eight languages, Fairtrade Towns’ exciting new interactive identity encourages more towns to apply for Fairtrade Town status and encourages campaigners to share ideas through forums and discussion groups.

Australian Museum
Looking to be the first place people visit when exploring the nature and varying cultures of Australia, the Australian museum wanted to attract more visitors to the website and, ultimately, the museum. We completely overhauled their previous site to bring the Museums' wealth of information, activities and resources into the 21st century. Their new online identity attracts a worldwide audience where users are also encouraged to comment and interact, both with each other and the Museum
Capio Nightingale
Reading Room has helped Capio Nightingale, an independent mental health hospital, to update their online identity. We ran their online advertising campaigns as well as re-designing and building their website to tie in with their re-branding. We created a unique online resource for Manchester City Galleries which has enhanced and extended the work of conservationists undertaking a restoration.
