You’re constantly challenged, there’s always something new and exciting going on to get involved in For me it's about variety... we work across so many sectors... so many different types of project, you never get bored My favourite thing is that there is as good as no internal politics because everyone senior in the company won't tolerate it It's great to be in a collaborative environment where you can constantly enhance and challenge your abilities. It's pretty hard to tell the difference between colleagues, family and friends because all of my work mates are genuine mates and are definately my family Our internships have given us the opportunity to work with some of the best people in the industry The team are incredibly supportive and the vibe is energetic and forward-thinking. You get to learn new things all the time and work in an environment where no two days are the same

Reading Room has been described as a big family, not in a conventional sense but we are a close knit bunch with an irreverent approach. We squabble, bicker and raise the creative energy very high, we are honest and direct when required but we also support, encourage and protect.

It takes all sorts to adapt to the challenges and demands that our work presents. Digital visionaries, project gurus, creative geniuses and expert developers all have a part to play.
