They listen to what you want to do, they let you explore new areas that you are keen to work in and let you get stuck in from the off :-) The commitment and support of the people I work with, everyone pulls together in the right direction Reading Room is a pit of creativity. Just jump in and you will learn loads from the friendliest people around! Often I wake up and I am genuinely looking forward to going to work, to stick on some tunes and get cracking! Even with the busiest of schedules people always find the time to help each other out For me it's about variety... we work across so many sectors... so many different types of project, you never get bored My favourite thing is that there is as good as no internal politics because everyone senior in the company won't tolerate it I love the can do attitude. We're encouraged to be inquisitive and open It's pretty hard to tell the difference between colleagues, family and friends because all of my work mates are genuine mates and are definately my family Good ideas can come from anywhere – it’s a real group effort – everyone’s opinion is valued. I guess it's the feeling that if you want to try something new – you have that flexibility. You’re not boxed in by your role. Being surrounded by smart people, from all disciplines, helps me get new perspectives on things I’m working on.

Jobs at Reading Room

Reading Room has been described as a big family, not in a conventional sense but we are a close knit bunch with an irreverent approach. We squabble, bicker and raise the creative energy very high, we are honest and direct when required but we also support, encourage and protect.

It takes all sorts to adapt to the challenges and demands that our work presents. Digital visionaries, project gurus, creative geniuses and expert developers all have a part to play. But what we really love are quick-witted enthusiastic problem solvers who can demonstrate a willingess to muck in and work as part of a team.

If you like the sound of us and this sounds like you then we may be onto something – take a look at the jobs below and see if there ‘s something that suits you.

Alternatively, if you don’t see your dream job - drop us a line with your CV and tell us why we should be talking to you.
