Business Analyst/Consultant required by our award winning digital consultancy. Working with a diverse group of clients, you'll lead projects and provide management consultancy, advising on how digital strategies can improve business performance, as well as support change management. You'll also work with the new business team in analysing business issues and assisting with presentations. The role will involve taking ownership of the requirements capture and specifications, and being the link between clients and internal project management, development, and operation teams.
With substantial consultancy experience you'll be used to dealing at board level with multi-national organisations. You will have demonstrable experience gathering and writing requirements specifications, a technical mindset, and a consultative approach. You'll deal effectively with ambiguity, be a confident and clear communicator, and be able to provide leadership to more junior members of staff. You will provide thought leadership and have the ability to engage, manage and inspire clients.
