This is a client-facing role, with responsibility for developing ideas, making recommendations and presenting these to internal and external clients. You'll be an expert at planning User Experience approaches to deliver best value for money for our clients. You will enjoy working on a variety of projects with a team that is extremely passionate about the benefits of Human Centred Design.
Requirements:
- Deep understanding of best practice User Experience approaches and how to apply them
- The ability to persuade and engage clients in pitches and presentations
- Ability to understand business and user requirements and develop excellent information architectures
- Ability to plan and carry out focus groups, interviews and user testing sessions
- Able to work well independently with clients, as a project lead and as an individual team member.
