We’re looking for talented Graduate .Net Developers to join our international digital agency in the heart of Soho. You should be educated or studying at degree level in a technical area with knowledge of .Net and open to the idea of learning other technologies such as Java or PHP.
But we’re not hiring just any developer who walks past the door: you need to be able to rub along with pretty much anyone and not be afraid to take responsibility for your work from the start. We’re a diverse bunch of people with different skills, so we’re looking for someone who values everyone’s contribution and doesn’t get hung up on job titles.
You should find technology genuinely exciting and want to progress your career without having a big ego about it. You must be able to work under pressure without panicking, and be happy to get on with your work without having your hand held or waiting to be told what to do. We’ll expect you to muck in with the team and get the job done with the minimum of fuss. We don’t keep our developers in a back room so the ability to communicate well with clients is essential.
