Lead Technical Developer - London

We’re looking for a lead technical developer to join our award-winning team. We’re a diverse bunch of people with different skills, so we’re looking for someone who values everyone’s contribution and doesn’t get hung up on job titles. We don’t keep our techies in a back office so you’ll need to be able to get along with everyone from clients to designers and project managers. This is a client-facing job, so if you aren’t comfortable with wearing a smart shirt from time to time, this isn’t for you.

You should be happy to take the lead in developing websites, mobile sites, and apps, working on big and small projects with a very talented team of developers. You must be able to work under pressure and be prepared to take responsibility for delivering projects from the first day you start working here – we don’t tolerate buck-passing.
