You must have excellent communication skills, combined with the ability to understand technical concepts and tender questions then provide clear concise responses whilst working to tight deadlines and challenging targets.

Responsibilities

 - Write and edit bids, proposals, presentations and pre-qualification questionnaires to secure new business, responding to new business opportunities
- Present and pitch to external stakeholders
- Liaise with other teams and senior stake holders to ensure submissions are made on time and to the required quality
 - Complete documents to deadline ensuring they are of consistent quality to meet Reading Room’s high standards and conform to our brand
- Identify business opportunities to support the achievement of projected growth targets

Requirements:

- Excellent written communication skills
- Experience in new business and/or bid writing a technical environment
- Able to develop presentations creatively, articulate and deliver them confidently
- Experience presenting to senior stakeholders
- Evidence of analytical skills and ability to assess new market opportunities in support of business strategy
