Front End Developer

We are looking for front end developers to join our London team. You will be working with multi-disciplinary teams on client projects. The role requires the ability to hand code cross browser compatible HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript and jQuery on an exciting range of projects.

You will work closely with designers, technical developers and project managers to build engaging websites and internet-based applications. You will have the opportunity to work on new technologies across multiple platforms.

Overview of the role

Responsibilities include:

  • Developing front end code on a variety of websites and internet-based applications
  • Ensuring front end code meets agreed accessibility standards
  • Ensuring front end markup is semantic and SEO friendly
  • Direct engagement with clients, including presentations of completed work
  • Liaising with other members of the project team throughout all stages of the project
  • Ensuring your code is thoroughly tested and well documented

Skills & Requirements

It is preferable that you have experience of:

  • Delivery of a range of small to large scale websites using HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript and jQuery (experience with JS frameworks such as React or Angular is a plus)
  • Integration with Content Management Systems (Drupal, WordPress, Sitecore, Kentico)
  • Modern front end development workflows (npm, gulp, sass)
