We're looking for an exceptional Lead Project Manager with significant experience.

You must have a proven track record of delivering successful digital transformation projects with large scale and well-known brands.

You can work remotely, or be based in our London or Bristol office for some of the week if preferred.

About the Role

As a Lead Project Manager, you will work closely with our multi-disciplined, technology-agnostic delivery teams and play a key role in managing the relationship between the business and our clients. 

You will be comfortable leading and coaching a range of Agile and Lean tools and techniques, with excellent stakeholder management skills.  

You must be strategic, a quick thinker, a problem solver, and a motivator. You will always have your thoughts on forward planning, forecasting, and road-mapping. We manage all our projects in Jira and Confluence, so advanced knowledge of these platforms is expected. 

Although we have adapted to meet a hybrid home/office working pattern, as the lead on large and complex projects, you will be expected from time to time to travel and meet with clients at their offices across the UK.  

Salary: £45k - £60k DOE

About You 

You will have a minimum of 8 years’ experience working in a similarly high-profile role. You will have impressive brands on your CV that demonstrate your ability to deliver agency or client-side projects.  

You’ll be qualified in Agile and have experience as a Scrum Master. In addition, you will have the aptitude to flex delivery, when required, to manage hybrid projects bound by cost, time, or both. You will, however, always champion a high-quality approach to everything we deliver.  

Demonstrable experience: 

  • You will have the cognitive skills to lead highly technical and complex projects 
  • You will have the ability to interpret complex technical work and communicate in lay terms to non-technical client-side stakeholders  
  • Agile qualified 
  • You will have extensive experience in the role of Scrum Master 
  • Excellent documentation and advanced written communication skills 
  • Superb interpersonal skills and a team player  
  • Deep understanding of the role that client commercial requirements play in the project process 
  • Demonstrable experience in risk management and mitigation 

Nice to have: 

  • Experience of large-scale digital transformation projects delivered via Sitecore, Kentico, Umbraco and Drupal CMS.  
  • Ability to deliver agile coaching to up-skill client-side teams
