The Interactive Media Awards (IMA) has ranked two websites created by Rippleffect among the best platforms of the year.
The Health Foundation website has been named ‘Best in Class’ - the highest honour available - in the IMA's Healthcare category, whilst Everyman and Playhouse has won the same accolade for Arts and Culture. The recognition was earned after impressing a judging panel consisting of marketers from global brands and respected agencies.
Judges representing Huffington Post, Samsung, Forrester Research, Net-a-Porter, Verizon and Microsoft reviewed sites from all over the world, in eight different languages. Every entry was assessed across five criteria - design, content, feature functionality, usability and standards compliance - with each carrying a maximum score of 100.
Both platforms received maximum marks for content and feature functionality, with an overall score of 492 for The Health Foundation and 486 for Everyman and Playhouse; results that make them two of the best-ranked websites of the year so far.
The Drupal-built sites were launched in 2015.
