The new UK Sport website, created by Reading Room, has gone live.

The site, built using the Sitecore Experience Platform, will engage sports industry bodies and professionals, athletes and sports fans in the organisation's work in inspiring world class sporting success. This includes its ongoing contribution to British medal success at the Olympics and Paralympics as well as its staging of major sporting events in the UK.

We were appointed by UK Sport in 2014 and began the project by working closely with its in-house team and other stakeholders to identify the right digital approach to meet the organisation's challenges and achieve its long-term objectives.

The new site makes it easier to create, edit, publish and manage content, and allows synchronisation with other UK Sport internal and stakeholder-facing microsites. Meanwhile, new features include an intuitive search tool that provides exact results and a dedicated jobs area that allows users to upload relevant vacancies within sport.
