Reading Room have had a long standing strategic partnership working with Taylor Wimpey. For the past 2 and a half years, we have worked to create, develop and refine their new digital presence based on the Sitecore CMS. However, as with all our projects, creating and launching the platform was just the first step.
Since the launch of the new site in 2013, Reading Room’s dedicated Managed Services team have delivered comprehensive 24/7/365 support services to Taylor Wimpey, tailored to meet specific business needs. The Managed Services team ensure site availability, stability and security through reactive issue resolution and proactive maintenance, responding to incidents day or night, on weekends or public holidays. Our support services are delivered in line with clear Service Level Agreements, ensuring that our clients have peace of mind that incidents will be categorised, prioritised and resolved based on business impact and urgency to ensure continuity of business as usual activity.
