The winner will be contacted by phone, email or DrupalCon app message between before 1pm (CEST GMT+2) on Thursday 16th October.
The competition closes at 11:59am (CEST GMT+2) on Thursday 16th October 2025. The randomly chosen winner will then be contacted via email and/or phone and/or DrupalCon app message, before 1:00pm (CEST GMT+2) the same day.
If the initially selected winner does not respond within two hours, another winner will be randomly selected, and the same process will be followed until the prize is successfully claimed.
We are not able to send the prize via post, and the winner must be happy to collect the prize in-person when contacted.
The competition is open to attendees of DrupalCon Vienna 2025 aged 18 or over. Employees of Reading Room, their families, or anyone directly connected with the competition are not eligible to enter.
To enter, participants must complete all mandatory fields in the form located at: https://www.readingroom.com/drupalcon-vienna-2025 . Only one entry per person is permitted.
The prize is the Lego set on display at our stand (G3). No cash alternative is available, and the prize is non-transferable.
The winner will be selected at random from all valid entries received before the closing time.
